Complex Ovarian cyst: The ca-125 of 8 is normal and reassuring. However, with a complex cyst, if you are having pain or have family history of breast or ovarian cancer, speak with your doctor about having your ovary(ovaries) removed. At 60, the ovaries are not doing much. At minimum, have a repeat us in 3 months or so to reassess the ovary.
