Menstrual Cycles: If your cycle has been "regular" for years, hovering around 28-32 days, and now you are at 25 days, you might be entering an irregular cycle phase. This can be due to a myriad of things, including stress, infection, dietary deficiency, or a temporary imbalance in your pituitary- gonadal axis. I would call your gynecologist and alert him to the change. If the pattern continues, he may see you.
