Unlikely a concern: The veins don't pulse, so what you're experiencing is more likely arterial pulsations. Your heart rate is fairly slow and thus, with each beat of your heart, more blood gets pushed through than it would if your heart rate were higher. This may be why you notice it. Whether there's something wrong or not depends mostly on how you feel. If you're dizzy, lightheaded or tired, seek medical care.
