My mother have type 2 diabetes and she is feeling a prick at the heart but she doesn't have heart problems.so what could be the problem ?

Atypical...: Women, especially diabetics, suffer of chest pain in many different ways compared to men. Men's chest pain is more typical when it comes to heart issues. In any case, diabetes places someone at a higher risk to develop heart disease so no matter how it looks like, if she is having any form of chest pain the best thing to do is to get checked by a doctor as soon as possible.

Heart disease: is atypical in diabetes because of autonomic neuropathy. After a cardiac work up she might suffer from Tietze's syndrome

See doctor ASAP: coronary disease shows up differently in women and pain may not be present at all. Need to see doctor ASAP before she gets a full-blown heart attack. The risk of heart disease is much higher in the presence of diabetes.
