Atypical...: Women, especially diabetics, suffer of chest pain in many different ways compared to men. Men's chest pain is more typical when it comes to heart issues. See doctor ASAP: coronary disease shows up differently in women and pain may not be present at all. Need to see doctor ASAP before she gets a full-blown heart attack. The risk of heart disease is much higher in the presence of diabetes.
