Abdominal pain: definitely ER since they would be able to run the appropriate tests to determine the cause of this as well as give an IV if necessary.

Either : Your symptoms tie in with gastroenteritis which can be effectively treated in an urgent care center, but there can be other things as well. The doctor there will refer you to the ER if it is beyond his/her expertise. Urgent care is usually faster and less expensive. ER can do more tests and see specialists, which you may or may not need. I hope this information helps. Good luck!

Only if severe: You may not need either depending on how severe your symptoms are. The best treatment for gastroenteritis (stomach bug) with abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea, is taking in nothing but clear liquids for 24 hours, and then have clear liquids and BRAT diet for the next 24 hours. If your symptoms have been going on for more than 24 hours, or you are very weak, seek care at urgent care.
