R/O NEUROPATHY: You need a full exam and detailed Neurologic exam. Lab work up for Vit d /b12/folic acid/ Lyme titers. If symptoms persist an MRI of the brain to evaluate for MS. And MRI of the back to evaluate for herniated disc.
