They said my heart is healthy but i have low potassium levels every time i get bloodwork done at the er should i be worried about the low potassium ?

Yes!: You deserve a workup. Anything from Conn's aldosteronoma to a potassium-wasting renal tubulopathy. I'm going to assume you're not eating huge amounts of licorice and that your potassium is consistently clearly below reference range. A nephrology consult is probably in order. Best wishes.
