Unlikely: Medicine will never be a yes or no answer but you will have a likely unlikely scenario. With a bicuspid aortic valve and a size of 4.7 cm the likelihood of this needing repair is high. Taking care of yourself, controlling your blood pressure is essential but the chances of you needing surgical correction are high in the next 10 years. Cheers C
