Possible lesion: At 54 the PSA levels should not be elevated. Rectal exam and possible scan of prostate or transrectal sonogram should look for a small lesion and if present a bx is necessary. PSA should be monitored either way to assure that no progression in PSA occurs. If noted at age 54 Robotic resection would help over use of implants.
