Unlikely: Most stds are contact infections, i.e., require intimate or close contact to be transmitted from one person to another and often require an open lesion like the sores of herpes to release the virus from the carrier to an open wound or scratch on the contact surface of the recipient. If the urine passes over an open sore it may carry some viral particles with it to an exposed open wound or scratch
