More muscle less fat: Congratulations on your exercise regimen. What it appears you've accomplished is fat loss with muscle gain. You feel lighter because muscle is more dense than fat, which will make you look and possibly feel leaner. However, this increased density of muscle means you may have the same weight on a scale. If you look and feel better, then you've been successful. Keep it up!
