Can you tell me how to get my skin tone lighter?

Sunblock moisturizer: Many people use over-the-counter moisturizers that contain sunscreen. Avoiding excessive sun exposure will let skin lighten up. One should take extra vitamin D to make up for not getting vitamin D from the sun. Although having tanned skin from sun exposure is not a medical illness, there are a few uncommon hormonal medical conditions that can cause skin darkening, for which a doctor can evaluate.

A 19-year-old female asked:

How can u get a even and lighter skin tone ?

Medical Questions: Having darker or non-fair skin is not a medical condition or disease. It is the unnecessary desire to change one's skin color that is the disease here. This needless worry causes significant stress and postpones the cultivation of self esteem and pride in one's self that should be part of the goal of growing up. I would wish for you better self esteem and comfort when you look in the mirror.
