Yes: Yes, you should go to the emergency room and get evaluated for your stabbing pain in the right side of abdomen and radiating to back. It can be due to many reasons can be from peptic ulcer disease, cholecystitis, pancreatitis or kidney or liver problems . Some of these problems can be treated medically and some require surgical intervention.
