Stomach pains: try cutting out all your dairy products for a couple of days. I that doesn't help, try some Zantac (ranitidine) of other H2 blockers. Perhaps your getting some gastritis or stomach ulcer

Not typical: Even severe food allergy does not cause stabbing pain under the ribs If you were told that you could eat yogurt and cheese, I suspect that your doctor thought you had lactose intolerance and not really milk allergy. Nonetheless, you need to talk to your doctor again or seek a 2nd opinion. Whatever it is , it is not from milk allergy.
