Probably neither-but: discuss it with her doctor at her next well child visit. If she is able to lie on her back with her feet fully extended as well as bring her feet to her face in a frog leg position, she should have normal spine and hip motion. This stance is not unusual if her back and lower extremity muscular is a little weak and she might benefit from therapy.
