Anal problem: from the tiny picture it looks like an external hemorrhoid. They may come and go depending on how much straining you are doing. Hemorrhoids are varicose veins that occur in the rectum. They can be painful and can bleed. I would try an over the counter hemorroidal cream. If it continues you should be see. Sorry the picture I can see is very small.
