Neutropenia: Neutropenia is a blood disorder that can affect anyone. Some people are born with it. It can happen after a viral infection. In some cases the cause can be a side effect of drugs as antibiotics, psychiatric or anti epileptic drugs. Alcohol also can cause neutropenia. In addition, cancer treated with chemotherapy (chronic neutropenia). Re-check after 4 weeks, if still persist, consult a physician.
