There is an eyelash in my eye for about half day . and i can't take it out. if i don't take it out is it ok. will it harm my eye?

No harm: If truly an eyelash, it will soften under the moisture and do no harm. Eyes have to deal with and spontaneously remove eyelashes all the time. More harm is done in the attempt to remove them than if left alone.
