Mobitz: 2nd Degree type 1 usually doesn't require a pacemaker unless it progresses to type 2 or complete heart block. If you are not having any symptoms or fatigue, lightheaded, dizziness, then just continue to watch it. You should be continue to see a cardiologist on a regular basis.
