Good chance: Being 60 inches tall at 12 yrs of age puts you above the average for your age and you probably will be close to 6 ft. A lot changes in this age of life, so the best predictor of ultimate height is the average between mother and father's height plus 4 inches. Eating smart is important, but there is no magic combination of foods or nutrients that make growth occur. Avoid poor habits and do exercise.

Healthy lifestyle: You are most likely to reach your tallest potential height by following a healthy diet, getting appropriate sleep & and remaining physiclly active.Nothing you eat or drink will add inches & normal kids who get hormone injections just get to their final height quicker, it would not add to final height.You can stunt your growth by the opposite, poor diet/sleep/inactivity can all take a toll.
