Viral gastroenteriti: viral gastroenteritis is generally spread by what is called fecal oral route. What this essentially means is that strict and frequent handwashing and washing of contaminated clothes and sheets is vital to prevent spread. Any surfaces that are touched by the affected person should be cleaned with a dilute bleach solution. Eventually, it will run its course. Good luck. (Sorry for the bad pun.)
