Not normal but...: No bleeding is reassuring in early pregnancy. However, most women who have a little bit of brown spotting in early pregnancy go on to have a normal pregnancy. Its a very non-specific symptom. If you want to know for sure, you can ask your doc to draw Quantitative HCG levels every 48 hours and see if they are rising the way they should. Best wishes!
