Depends: If there is a reason that it is bruised, then no worries unless it does not heal in time. Often we bite the inside of the cheek or even the duct, which releases saliva, which is found on the inside of the cheek about where the next to the last tooth is on the upper jaw. If you don't heal in 7-10 days, or if you are worried, see your Dentist for examination. Good Luck.

No worry: Inner cheeks can temporary swell due to a blunt trauma. Avoid any salty or citrus foods and keep a good oral hygiene. Sometimes mouth injuries look worse than they are, be patient.
