Constipation: Yes, this is not unusual. I would start him on a bowel softener like Metamucil or Colace (docusate sodium). If the pain does not go away see your doctor

Im having swelling on the bottom of my left testicle! The swelling goes all the way down towards my anus. The middle vein of the scrotum looks off also and the swelling seems to be on that line just when it goes down into my perineum. What is this?
