See a life coach: First of all it is very common for a person your age to have an elevated sex drive. Instead of taking medicine to alter this, I suggest you exercise, find a hobby to distract yourself, or volunteer some of your time in the service of others. Taking medication is not always the solution. Consider seeing a counselor or therapist to help you navigate your way through this time in your life.

Herbs, homeopathy: Drugs like cyproterone acetate lower sex drive but can have serious side effects. Some drugs like sertraline (& other SSRI's) and finasteride lower sex drive as a side effect. But I advise trying herbs like Vitex (Chaste Tree Berries) and Valerian- see http://tinyurl.com/jwpg29f But the best solution may be classical homeopathy. There are many fine homeopaths in London so I advise consulting one.
