Fluid build up: You may already have fluid build up in your ears, the symptoms of which probably worsened with recent travel.Don't be surprised if you also experience some dizziness or vertigo. Try OTC non drowsy antihistamines like Claritin (loratadine) and Zyrtec for a couple of weeks and see your doctors if no improvement noted.
