Count as 3 -4 drinks: Since the effect of a Benadryl (diphenhydramine) may equal to 1-2 extra drinks (on drowsiness and driving), you will need to take that into calculation. Cut you drinking by 2 if you take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) just to be safe.
