Get examined now!: Allergic conjunctivitis typically causes itching, irritation, and reddening, but not pressure type pain and certainly not vision loss. Maybe the pain is due to the sinusitis, not directly from the eye (?). If you're really losing vistion in that eye, contact the doctor's office immediately, or visit a local emergency room or urgent care clinic ASAP. Don't wait until morning. Good luck.
