Not sure: I will be honest and say I am not sure, but does it also occur when you bear down to have a bowel movement? Do you have headaches? Was the MRI and MRA done recently? If so, good and that would have been the test of my choice for you and put any worries of intracranial process at ease. Have you had a good eye exam? Recommend that.
