Bleeding: Usually you resume a normal cycle about 4-6 weeks after the miscarriage. First check a pregnancy test and make sure this isn't another miscarriage. If negative it could be that your wife took longer than usual to ovulate after the loss and now have heavier bleeding as a result. But again check a pregnancy test first
