My wife miscarried just before xmas, we thought her first normal menstrual cycle since happened 2 weeks ago but she is heavily bleeding again tonight?

Bleeding: Usually you resume a normal cycle about 4-6 weeks after the miscarriage. First check a pregnancy test and make sure this isn't another miscarriage. If negative it could be that your wife took longer than usual to ovulate after the loss and now have heavier bleeding as a result. But again check a pregnancy test first
