Hard to answer: Hello. There are a variety of causes of this. It may be a simple skin rash or a superficial skin yeast infection (called tinea). If the bumps are sore or appear as little ulcers, please seek a doctor's evaluation. Do they itch? Do they hurt? When did they start? Pubic area bumps are usually benign but the list of possible causes is pretty long. Hard to answer without seeing.
