See the doctor: If the stool looks like it has blood, or a dark red substance, see your doctor. A simple test can show if it's blood or not. If it is, the doctor may need to do other evaluations.

Go to doctor now: If this is what you saw it is a medical emergency. Take the kid to the emergent care facility you use now. Although this might not be what I think it is, she may need to be hospitalized and or need surgery.
