Increased LDL RX: LDL cholesterol is considered the bad cholesterol. It is associated with atherosclerosis of blood vessels especially of the heart. HDL is considered good cholesterol and protects you from the effects of high LDL cholesterol. Your LDL is high and HDL low which is bad. You probably need to be on a statin drug to lower the LDL. Exercise will increase the HDL. See your doctor.
