Experiencing right side upper lip numbness somewhat into nose, also ear ringing. wondering if this is tooth related or something else?

It IS possible: that your problem is of a dental nature. See a Dentist who cah take a panorex xray..........this will show the entire upper and lower jaws and may reveal IF the problem is fom your teeth. If its NOT of a dental nature, you should see an ENT Dr.

Could be...: .. why not have a local dentist take a look? Teeth need to be physically evaluated.
