Stick with it: While sinus surgery can be very helpful for some people, other gain little benefit. Likely too early to tell in your case, but important to continue with nasal medications including steroid sprays for the long term to maintain control. Avoid repeated sinus surgeries in the future as this can actually make your sinus disease worse by damaging the delicate cilia that transport mucus in the sinuses
