Pelvic pain: Talk to your GYN about your symptoms. She will suggest that you have a pelvic exam and a pelvic sonogram and transvaginal sono to determine if you have fibroids, ovarian cysts and/or endometrial polyps. Depending upon her findings she may suggest that you also have an endometrial biopsy and/or hysteroscopy which can diagnose and remove small fibroids and polyps inside the uterine cavity.
