I have had a tightening like under my rib cage as if something is pulling tight round my midriff it is annoying but no pain what could it be??

Vague symptoms: could be muscle spasm but so hard to tell without more info. good there is no pain. if bloating, it could be constipation, gas, IBS, GERD, tumor (very unlikely).
