Tightness/bloating under rib cage, slightly to right. sitting down, some relief. first standing feel tight ball- better when i stand or lie down.help?

Our concern is missing a tumor or malignancy!!Labs and imaging with CT or at least sonogram, symptoms could mean Gallbladder problems- gallstones? What other symptoms? Weight loss? Urine changes?
