Needs further eval!!: At your age, need to know duration/ onset of symptoms, need physical exam!! Our concern is missing a tumor or malignancy!!Labs and imaging with CT or at least sonogram, symptoms could mean Gallbladder problems- gallstones? What other symptoms? Weight loss? Urine changes? Bowel changes? Food makes symptoms worse??! Best if seen by internal medicine, GI or surgeon! Good Luck
