Depends: Did you miss a period? By how many days? If the urine pregnancy test was negative at about 10 days after a missed period, you are unlikely to be pregnant. You may wish to repeat the test in 3-4 days, use first morning urine and follow the instructions carefully. If you miss more than two periods, it would be time to see your doctor.
