Probably normal: The "mini" pill is a progestin only oral contraceptive. Because it does not contain estrogen it is not an effective means of cycle control. It would be normal to skip periods on this pill. But it is also normal to have irregular and unpredictable spotting or bleeding at any time while using this particular pill.
