Not necessarily: Iron will not make your periods more regular. It will only help with hair loss if iron deficiency is the cause of it. Get checked to see if you have Iron deficiency or not. Other problems, including thyroid dysfunction can cause hair loss. See your doc for a history, physical and appropriate lab tests.
