If all blood work: Is normal . Certain imaging studies to exclude the kidneys/renal arteries as a cause woul be helpful. Diet, tobacco use, alcohol may be playing a role. Htn especially in younger individuals should be evaluated bt a hypertension specialist.

Blood pressure: First numbers need to be within normal range to avoid complication. Their can be multiple causes to that, from being obese , if your bmi is not in healthy range, and other risk factor can increase the likelihood of blood pressure.

Hypertension: Unfortunately blood tests seldom offer clues to hypertension. Htn is insidious & can result from many factors including obesity, alcohol, salt consumption & genetics. The best thing she can do is get appropriately treated (including dietary changes, exercise & weight loss) to avoid long term end-organ damage.
