Probably no need: There is no need to inform them. Since 90% of all people get HPV, and at any time 30-50% of sexually active persons are infected, your partners are at no higher risk because you have been diagnosed. If any of your partners is quite recent (in the past 6 months) and if you have genital warts, tell them so they can be on the lookout for warts. Otherwise don't worry about it.
