Don't do it: Addiction to toxic fumes and substances found in ordinary over the counter household chemicals can be potentially lethal. Recently, I am finding many people coming to my practice asking for "prescriptions" for for example, "Rubbing Alcohol" and it is distressing to find out they do not know the potential dangers.
