Ovulation: The egg white like vaginal discharge could be a sign of ovulation. While breast feeding does suppress ovulation, that suppression ends when you supplement the baby's diet and can end just with the use of a pacifier. The odor can be a symptom of bacterial vaginosis. To know for sure will require a visit to your doctor for testing. Hope this helps.
