Usually normal: I should preface this answer by stating that I am not an ob/gyn specialist and specific concerns should be directed towards your ob/gyn. Okay, with that out of way, most vaginal discharge is normal. "red flags" for abnormal discharge include foul smell and discharge accompanied by fever and/or uterine pain. Also, your incision should be dry and not oozing pus or surrounded by warm, red skin.
