Depression: If St John's wort works for your depression, please continue taking it as usual. Fever may be caused by some infection or inflammation, and needs to be evaluated and treated accordingly. Analgesics won't interfere with the effect of St John's wort.

Common analgesics: Many common analgesics work for fever and are fine to take together with St. John's wort, including: acetaminophen (Tylenol), aspirin, naproxen, and ibuprofen. There are no interaction between those drugs and St. John's wort.
