Probably normal,but.: Probably a normal immaturity, but call your pediatrician to make sur there are no problems with circulation or heart.

Management: I agree that this may resolve with time, but it is important to have her checked. At your pediatrician's office, I would suggest a pulse oximetry to determine oxygen saturation, while she is feeding. Your pediatrician will exam her to detect any problems with her cardio pulmonary system.
