See a doc: A stiff neck can be many things, I would advise you see your doc just to be sure. Especially if you are having a headache or a fever (>101.3 F), Nausea or Vomitting, or eye pain or ear pain. It might be as innocent as muscle soreness; but a stiff neck with other symptoms like the ones I described should be look at by a physician.
