Unlikely: If your "tubal" was a tubal sterilization hen the chance for conceiving is quite low - the failure rate for tubal sterilization is less than 1%. But if your "tubal" was a tubal pregnancy then your chances for conceiving could be as good as anyone else your age. With only 1 period each year you do not ovulate regularly and would probably require some degree of fertility assistance. See your doctor.
